Likewise - although I've only ever experienced giving support on Linux via
Teamviewer on Windows, and receiving support on Windows. Seems solid.
I suspect that GotoMeeting would be optimal if it supported Linux (it
doesn't), since it'll do VOIP and text chat over the same link.
