I will make an excuse but really it comes down to apathy.

<excuse>
Getting to Cardiff by 19:00 tends to mean I miss putting my son to bed (bath @1815, bed @1830~)
</excuse>

Ok. That's over with.

- - I wonder about a weekend time?
- - Somewhere further north of Cardiff City Centre would be preferred as I come from Pontypool but
realise it may be convenient for others
- - Do have a preference for more structured events or even a meeting agenda (despite my lack of
attendence at the lightning talks)
- - A dedicated room would encourage bringing along laptops and doing stuff. Anyone up for that?
- - Always in favour of eating while out since I normally have to get dinner on the run on a Tuesday.

Wondering about some of the suggestions here [1].

I was thinking at least electing/nominating a tech-support officer for a month that would be
responsible for updating the website, posting interesting stories/events on it. Does say in the
link above that the major priority is the website. Rather that just chat on IRC, try and make the
website a hub of activity where articles are posted and commented etc...

Of course, I would second Brace as the official benevolent dictator (obviously he would propose
himself!)

Just some random thinkings
