Clicking the buttons to schedule a meet was pretty trivial.

If someone would rather setup a FOSS alternative then I can cancel this
just as easily and get all my money back ;-)

I'll email the passcode to the list two hours before, there's a
mandatory lobby that needs a host to click to admit (to avoid the
spamming, bombing and churn).

If your workstation doesn't have a mic and camera then it is still
possible to dial-in to the meeting for audio over the phone and watch
the video via the web.
