[Swlug] Non wake on suspend

Hello Rhys,
Just a note regarding Chromium.

My wife uses a pretty much vanilla Debian stable with chromium. It is very reliable, but my wife is not. Consequently it is set up to auto update.

Some days back she called me as she said her files had "gone awry". On checking, her data was fine, but all the chromium system files had disappeared. No sign of any other problems so I reinstalled Chromium and everything seems fine. N.B. Nothing new has been installed for many months.

Obviously something had gone on. There have been several security issues in recent months, but latest versions are said to be OK.

Just take note and as others have said make sure you are up to date.

Regards
Alan Gray
