[Swlug] Dsabling the trackpad

Sadly, I think this is way beyond his ability. I sent him the 3 or 4 terminal commands needed but I think it’s more than he can cope with. He just isn’t tech savvy. I think that if he doesn’t get it sorted out with the little help I gave, it’ll be his usual (paid) computer technician that’ll end up working with it. It’s frustrating because I was right there just 3 days ago. Now I’m 4,000 miles away.
