[Watford] Help....

Hello,

I need some help installing the driver for a ethernet adapter.  Debian
31r1 (I have tried 31r3 but that crashes on boot) installs fine and
detects the adapter corectly as RTL8169SC Gibabit but then cannot see
the network.

I have downloaded the Realtek Linux driver for this adapter but, being a
Linux newbie, I'm lost as to how to install it. The installation
instructions are cryptic to say the least.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
