[Watford] setting up /chroot/jail

Thanks,
that helped a lot.

Now I am not able to connect to the server sftp at IP..... I am getting:

[root at Linux ~]# sftp adam at 82.113.68.91
Connecting to 82.113.68.91...
adam at 82.113.68.91's password:
Connection closed

I think that the user adam does not have enough priviliges - is not
allowed to log on.
I created the user with the command: [root at SFTP1 ~]# useradd -m -d
/jail/adam -s /usr/bin/rssh adam - does it set any privilages?

Regards

Marcin

I assume that you mean 'centos' ?

It is in Dag's archive.

Put the following into : /etc/yum.repos.d/dag.repo
	[dag]
	name=Dag RPM Repository for Red Hat Enterprise Linux
	baseurl=http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el$releasever/en/$basearch/dag
	gpgcheck=1
	enabled=1
	protect=0

Then type:

	yum install rssh

That may not be the problem, run in debug mode:

	sh -x mkchroot.sh

(Check which shell is specified on the first line of mkchroot.sh - use
that one)
