Hi Alain - Merry Christmas and best wishes for a prosperous 2010!

We have a Zenoss FastStart Introductory workshop run in association with
the UK Unix User Group (UKUUG) and O'Reilly, on Wednesday January 27th,
in London.  No previous knowledge of Zenoss is assumed.  Delegates will
install Zenoss on their own laptops under VMware and then explore the
discovery, availability, event management and performance & reporting
facilities of Zenoss.  Delegates need to confirm their interest in this
workshop by Friday January 8th to ensure a place (
http://www.ukuug.org/events/zenoss/ ).

On April 13th - 15th in Maidenhead, there is the Zenoss Event Management
Workshop, designed to give delegates a thorough understanding of
configuring event management, including receiving events from SNMP
TRAPs, Unix syslogs and Windows event logs and then configuring
automatic responses and alerts to specific events.  Previous knowledge
of Zenoss is assumed for this workshop (at least to the level of the
Zenoss FastStart Introductory workshop).  Information and booking
