I was reading the LWN article below:

I decided to look at my own house ... the bit of road where I live, apparently, does not exist.

It occurs to me that filling in the bits, adding extra detail, ... in our local area might
be a worth while job. With the Summer coming up we could do so on foot -- which must make
it a rare geek activity that actually makes you fit!
