[Watford] Watford Digest, Vol 158, Issue 1

The mail got held by the newsgroup server. Cliff was getting the emails to
request it be released. He emailed me but I only got them this morning
(don't check mail daily). I released them (one without looking which was
spam, sorry about that).
So there's an underlying problem. We need to get Cliff changed to somebody
else. We also have Neel as the newsgroup admin so hopefully he can change
permissions round a bit. I'm not very experienced with this stuff - wrong
generation, I'm into gmail and top posting :)
Somebody should volunteer to take on the role, unless Neel wants to keep it
and action the pending messages.
