[Watford] Router problems

Hi Alan,
I'm surprised at the TalkTalk response, because most (if not all) routers
run a form of Linux.
I'm also unsyre what you mean when you say you ran "desperation 1 & 2"...
When there was no connection to the internet, were some lights not running
on the routers? I suspect that the issue is/was more serviced-based rather
than router-based, because you got the same response with two different
routers.
