[Westwales] Site Setup

Thanks Colin,
Seems it was a KBear problem.  I attached the "Site Manager" plugin to
Konqueror and did it that way, bit crude but it did work and I now have
a simple web site :-)   I now will investigate other FTP clients as
suggested by Matt.
