I have an old Mistubishi Diamond Pro 710 (NFF8705STTKW) 17" (actually 
measures 16") that has been in a cupboard for about 5 years but still 
works.  I was planning on chucking it sometime soon, because I'm never 
realistically going to put it to any use.

Works fine with my old laptop, but causes my new laptop to reset for 
some reason!?  I did have to wire a new VGA plug on it at some point 
because the original one went funny - I forget how now, but I decided it 
was just a loose wire and a new plug seemed to sort whatever issue it 
was I had at the time.
