Can I still telnet into a box and delete my uni mail.

I registered for seti using that mailbox and unfortunatly it is a little 
over full (5000+ messages mostly from the admin saying my mailbox is full)  
the web access is now outlook and I can only delete one message at a time.

I used to use ccub but that has long passed away so what box can I telnet 
into from the college?
