Thats as maybe, getting back to the big brother issue, I keep saying
paper money will no longer exist possibly in our life time possibly
everything will be held on one card, Bank account, Driving License,
Health care (and medical records) so and so on.

So by that very definition governments will know who you are, where you
are, and what you are doing!

A bit like now, did you know GCHQ monitor email? (And before anyone
starts shouting there was a report on it a few months back when the new
rules came out regarding email) so big brother is watching you.

Is it good or bad? I don't know? Here's one statistic/thought before I
go home, there was a program on radio 4 a couple of months back talking
about crime under communism, 98% of crimes were solved within 48 hours
in Moscow this was because you couldn't even break wind without some
sort of registration hence tracking was easy and finding the culprit
didn't need the likes of "Frost", now is that good or bad? good for the
victim and his/her relatives but what about civil liberties?

I sit on a mans back chocking him and making him carry me
and yet assure myself and others that I am very sorry for
him and wish to ease his lot by any means possible except
getting off his back!
