Morning ALL

Can anyone tell me what this means and do I need to do anything about
it?

I was mooching around my system in a shell using the CD command as my
SOPHOS anti-virus said it could not open an item.

I did cd to the directory and did ls -l and there was a file which is
highlighted in a red flashing block

lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root    29 Jan 28 14:07 common ->
/usr/share/doc/HTML/de/common

The line below is the bit that is flashing at me:
common -> /usr/share/doc/HTML/de/common

I take it that it is some kind of warning but what?
