[Wolves] 3G data rates?

There was some discussion on the list recently regarding 3G phones.  Does 
anyone have a rough idea of the bandwidth available & the realistic frame 
rate achievable?  I'm looking into the possible use of 3G phones for sign 
language interpreters.
Could anyone recommend a reliable & trustworthy domain holding company?  I 
want to register a couple of domains but am not sure about hosting 
requirements yet - so don't want to get locked into a particular hosting 
agreement.
