They are PAYG via call charges. Not free! Whether to go PAYG or Friaco 
for dialup depends on your usage patttern. The original poster said he 
needed ~30 hours a month dialup usage. At 1p a minute offpeak that is 
£18 per month, more if you dial at peak. As I pointed out Entanet offer 
50 hours anytime a month for less than half that cost. Other ISP have 
similar deals.
