insert an 'a'

Capatalise 'Linux' on first line . 'Office' later. Maybe put Office in 
bold or quotes to show it is a program name rather than an office.

Grammar could maybe  made a little more  'editorial'  rather than  flat 
(too many long sentences) , but I'm the worst for grammar - love long 
sentences
interspersed with hyphens - so I shouldn't really comment! ;-)
