On the one hand I'm surprised but having said that, as has been stated before, 
Fedora is just an R&D Distro for Redhats pay-for products I think a lot of 
users forget that.

I think the guys that do work on it take the view that its pointless updating 
the iso's when the new releases are fast and furious.
