Hey, they're getting there :) Auntie Beeb is a pretty big ship, so it
takes a while to get it to steam in a different direction. All the stuff
they write about downloads says things like "agreements with the rights
owners" and so on, but there are obviously guys there with a Clue who
are pushing for this stuff. It's the first step on the way to the
Creative Archive...
