(h)im, dead! went out the window when I wiped the HDD and installed 9.2
perhaps I should have said it was 9.1 that had the trouble.
Just to pour oil on the fire I installed a new graphics card on Wednesday
Nvidia GeForce TI 4800SE works luvly jubbly :-)
