This didn't work (ioctl device busy and must specify
fs type). No matter because:

Bingo. It worked. Booted up first time. I really
didn't think it would be this easy (when you know how
of course).

Dave, I love you :) Really, I do. If you weren't
married I'd propose. I am *sooooo* pleased. You have
no idea how relieved I am, I can now get on with life
and get some work done. It's taken me a week to get
this far.

Just in case I've not made this explicitly clear
enough, thank you. Seriously, you plucked this issue
out of obscurity and finished it off for me.

Thanks, maybe I'll buy your curry next time I get
paid.
