Ah.. Broadband wise, remember BT still have their monopoly, and control 
the local loop in many areas (Although BullDog seem to be making inroads 
(in select locations) with their unbundling of local loop phone lines 
from BT (at least this is how I assume they are doing it for so cheap))


Bandwidth has always been expensive over here - which is why many web 
hosting companies actually locate their servers in the US.
