And if you're moving - there's no connection fee anyway - so nothing to pay 
back if you leave
(at least that's how I read it)
 I've hunted up and down the site and can't find any mention of usage caps 
or it being unrestricted.
 They were capped with pay extra if you use more (which I wanted to avoid).
 If they're now either unlimited, or have a decent limit (>2Gb) then I'll be 
very tempted away from my 17.99 512k towards their 14.99 2Mb
