 gaim is really good, i use it. no web cam support though, also no voice 
conversations. but for im its great. supports yahoo and aol accounts too.
my nan is great with computers I wish i set her up for linux too but someone 
in the family convinced her that she *needed Xp. She needed grief at her age. 
I I would have gotten there first......
