Cisco 7960. The 7960G is similar, which has the buttons labeled with icons 
instead of text.  The 7960 supports 6 line buttons/speed dials.  The 7940 
is similar but only has 2 line buttons.

eBay is usually the cheapest for single phones, the price works out at 
about GBP 100 - 150 for a 7960, about GBP 20 less for a 7940.
