[Wolves] Any resonable artists?

Hi All

I'm on the scrounge, anyone any good with Gimp, inkscape (Or Paint Shop for 
that matter) Ive got a picture I want to use as an avatar for Dick Turpin.

It just needs touching up in two places really unless you're feeling generous 
and want to give it a complete overhaul. All I need is the top of the hat 
filling out a bit and as you look at it the left shoulder needs putting 
back/creating.

I've done most of it but when I try and do these last two bits its beyond my 
capabilities. :(
