[Wolves] DocBook XML - a new editor option

I'm just sharing a new discovery because I remember a few other people 
thought there ought to be an easier way than vi & emacs modes.

I thought the Conglomerate project looked promising but it seems to have 
ground to a halt, so I've been looking for an alternative. It seems that 
the Quanta+ project is putting a lot of effort into supporting all XML 
documents and specifically DocBook. See quanta.kdewebdev.org/docs.php 
for information.

I'm not saying it works well. I haven't got that far yet. Quanta Plus 
seems to work fine on Ubuntu with Gnome BTW.
