[Wolves] mail server hosts

I need to improve the e-mail setup at work. At the moment we just have
a standalone machine and we need to move to a server solution.
Although I'm tempted to lash something together myself and spend all
my spare time fiddling with it, I can't really afford the time so I've
been looking at other providers.

I'd appreciate any comments anyone has about services like this.
Including, of course, thoughts on anyone providing this sort of
service with Linux based software rather than Exchange.
