Read:

The syntax appears to be:
HostnameLookups Off
Rather than 'No'. The Apache docs are excellent and
should be your first port of call.
I'm not running Apache on Ubuntu atm, but if that
directive isn't specified in the main config file,
then put it in your main virtual host config file and
probably every other virtual host if necessary.
