Yup. http://www.eMusic.com. Download DRM free, MP3's. The cataloge is
quite complete too, lots of popular musicians, and lots of lesser
known ones.

I only used it with the Free downloads they give you when you sign up,
then cancelled it. But it was a good service, and I would be willing
to use it again.

Only problem is that you have to download each song one-by-one, as
their desktop application is Windows only.
