Sorry I meant to reply earlier in the thread but came
down with a stomach bug and looking at a computer
screen made me feel nauseous for 5 days.

Yahoo allow you to download mail from another account
via POP3 but I think it pulls it on demand rather than
at regular scheduled intervals.

Another option maybe...
