Believe me having dealt with MS licensing gurus in the past even they
don't fully know what the terms and conditions mean.  They tend to
interpret them on an individual basis meaning that one advisor will
tell you one thing while the next will tell you another.  The big
trick is to  make more than phone call and then choose the best deal
and get it in writing.
