[Wolves] BTfon - Can anyone make any sense of this announcement?

I used to work for BT and I found them to be a decent enough company, if it hadn't been that I was based in Ipswich I might still be there today.
They're a big group of companies (100,000ish employees across at least four major divisions) so I guess one part might be very different to another.

Yes......
BT are not a nice company to work for either. My partner works for BT.
