That's really expensive.

I bought a Dell laptop about 3 weeks ago.

Vostro 1700 - IT has a separate numeric key board
Pentium T8300
4GB
Vista Business (So that its on there when I sell it afterwards)
WUXGA+ monitor
256MB NVidia graphics card
Usual stuff (web cam, Bluetooth, wireless)

£550.

Remember, web prices are high - always phone and negotiate.  At the time the web price for this was about £750.

Dells are very modular, so its probably better spending £300 and upgrading it yourself.
