[Wolves] OT Open Source CRM Package

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I've always thought CRM's were an
amalgamation of a solid database, an organisational chart, a reliable
and shareable calendar together with a communications package all
rolled into one.  The database obviously going much further than your
standard set of tables with more in the way of notes fields.
