I understand a popular pattern so far, has been to design according to
the standards, testing with Firefox/Opera, then to do fixups for IE
6/7 and isolate those within a conditional comment. Are conditional
comments still the best way to ensure only non-compliant versions of
IE get the /special/ content? Is IE 8 good enough that one can just
send it the same content as Firefox or Opera?
