These are all really excellent suggestions - people seem to think this
will be a good idea, so I'll start making the appropriate noises.

A standard-ish conference structure seems like a good idea, with a
workshop / tech demo area, a series of lectures, lightning talks and
BOFS. If people have any ideas about what they would like to see (or
what they would like to say!) at an event like this, then put some
names and contact details down on the list below (to get the ball
rolling):

LECTURES - potential subjects, add a name and obfuscated email address
if you would be willing to talk on a subject
1) Project Splinescan - Andrew Lewis
2) Video Editing With Linux
3) NVidia CUDA
4) High Performance Computing
5) Opensource Collaborative Working
6) Copyright, ILP and Individual Research
7) Software for Science

WORKSHOPS - Things to do, add a name and obfuscated email address if
you would be willing to run a workshop
1) Basic Soldering skills- Andrew Lewis
2) Basic Electronics - Andrew Lewis
3) Working with Arduino - Andrew Lewis
4) Basic Networking Skills

EXHIBITS - Things to see, add a name and obfuscated email address if
you would be willing to run a workshop
1) Open-Source Art
2) Art and Community
3) Film and Animation
