Yet another white noise petition IMO while I agree a three strikes rule 
is bad I'm a firm believer in "If you've done nothing wrong you've 
nothing to fear"

Take a minute to look at it from the other side of the fence, most of 
these pirates (And that's who its aimed at) if they got caught once 
would they take any notice?

No course not they'd come on here moaning at how their civil liberties 
had been infringed and how an evil government had secretly invaded their 
privacy to discover the 7000 copies of a Beyonce album they'd been 
selling at a £1 a go.
