[Wolves] URL Link colour

Mo.  Link colour is a user option in Firefox and possibly other
browsers.  Could it be this that is over riding your coded settings?
For firefox go to Tools/Options/Content and then there is a tab for
colours.  There is a tick box to enable/disable to allow pages to
choose their own colours.  So, at the same time there is also code to
select which colour to use.
