The admin fundtions are far from complete, however (they're far rougher
than the front-end). Recipe entry is rather.... er, *primative*... and
most of the admin functions are "not implemented" or there aren't even
menu stubs for them! I don't even have a T's & C's page (or even text
for it)!
But then I *do* need to test the add/edit/approvals workflow code
more... oh, and it's definitely not "cookie law" compliant as it doesn't
yet warn you about dropping cookies if you log in.
The process (is supposed to) work like this:
1) Author submits new recipe
2) Editor reads, possibly edits, and then approves or rejects recipe
3) Recipe then appears on the site. Later, recipes will have a
"publish after" date for delayed publishing.
I'll set it up, and let you know the credentials - can you provide me
with a mobile number off-list so I can text you them? You'll have to
agree to our T's & C's too (making this up as I type) -
Terms and condtions, version 0.1a

Duuuude! Not meaning to get heavy, but I guess we have to cover ourselves!
