[Wolves] what the difference between install with apt-get and downloading binary install

that is interesting about https://chocolatey.org/ i maybe using that
sometime soon with a project i have in mind but not sure yet.
i was involved with learning about installshield when i was computer
programming and the app needed to install both delphi dependents and
visual basic ones as well it was bit of can of worms to be honest , it
also needed to install autocad custom ARX module as well but autocad
was not too fussy really about it treated the ARX as standlone module
that was loaded into the AutoCAD environment , also the installer
needed to install all the Visual C++ MFC library/dll but any a bit
OTT.
it took almost as long to get the installer working and bug free as
dev of the application did which was pretty fast with RAD developement
tools like visual basic 4 & delphi 3.
