[Wolves] OT rescuing/retrieving/getting access to google email/account

hi

i setup a email address for my cousin about 3/4 years ago and they
have been attempting to get access to it for about 3 months.

Somehow the mobile phone number attached too the account has changed
not mine anymore , we can't work who mobile number it is cos only got
last 3 digits.

I have tried going to threw the retrieve account questionaire/form
thingy and they want  a lot of information we do not have.

Is there any other route i can do down to rescue this email account
for my cousin.
