You can download/burn a bootable ISO containing a utility which can be
used to the password, e.g.

http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/

With your display problem you may need to transfer the hard disc to a
different machine so that you can see what's on the screen, then
transfer the hard disc back again in order to boot into Windows and
(hopefully) log in.

Be careful not to try booting into Windows whilst the hard disc is
installed in the other machine as this will probably upset the copy
protection ("product activation").
