Simon, do you think you'd be able to set up a VPS with Jitsi in (or at
least just a VPS it can installed in)? I'd like to see how Jitsi
performs when it's running in a dedicated instance rather than Jitsi
platform.

I had a brief look at Jami and although I didn't actually do a video
conference, the client seems quite primitive and lacked straightforward
conferencing setup.
