 I've found that when Zoom occasionally locks up and you cant get in again  then a reboot clears the badness.Also hunting down any free roaming Zoom processes also works (mostly).Fortunately it hasn't  done this enough for me to really investigate  further.. but it's at least a get out of jail option!

coming out and going back in but no good.
