[Wylug-announce] Planned down time on list server

The box that looks after the wylug lists is going on a short trip 
across Leeds (moving to a different hosting location within Planet).

This means that list.wylug.lug.org.uk will be unavailable for around 
half an hour, and when it returns it will be on a new IP address.    
The change of DNS for this also needs to happen and we are trying to 
co-ordinate this.  However there may be a more extended time when the 
name list.wylug.lug.org.uk does not resolve correctly (those with local 
DNS servers may be able to help themselves by flushing the caches).

Any mail sent will sort itself out over time... potentially there could 
be a (say) 4 hour window when things are "strange".
