Is I mentioned in last nights meeting:-

The Degree Confluence Project is a very silly but rather fun waste of
time and effort, so my Wife, some friends and I have contributed to
it. ( http://www.confluence.org )

If any of you are similarly inspired, we now have a GPS receiver
lying idle and available for loan.  It is a very old model, and
probably not suitable for "serious" use, but I may be wrong.
