Greetings all,
We had a pleasant WYLUG PUB meeting in November.
This month is the Birthday Bash - stimulating presentations followed by a
celebratory meal (you have all booked with Rob for this?). Rob will give
instructions to get to the Restaurant, won't you Rob?
We have Russell King and Wookey coming on Mon to talk about various
aspects of Linux on the ARM processor, used extensively in lower power and
embedded hardware.
Russell hasn't yet given us a title, but as he is currently contracted to
ARM to port Linux to new hardware they develop, he is bound to have mouch
of interest to share with us.
Wookey is talking about (and demoing) "Open Hardware for Open Software -
Balloon for LART". see http://www.wylug.org.uk/meetings.html for more
details.
See you all on Monday
cheers
Jim
